Temperament: Quite docile but can be skittish
Housing: Use a terrarium that will alow at least 10 centimetres of substrate.
Retreat/hide: Use about 8 centimetres of peat moss. Place a bark for a starter burrow/hide, this is a opportunistic burrower. When they reach about 7 cm they stay out in the open which make them a good display tarantula.
Water requirements: A shallow water dish.
Diet: Crickets, mealworms, superworms.
Comments: This is a colourful, long lived species, that is easy
to care for.
